Mr Mullett is an orthopaedic surgeon who specialises in all types of shoulder surgery including arthroscopic reconstructive (keyhole) surgery. With a particular interest in managing sports related injuries such as shoulder instability (dislocations) and rotator cuff injuries. As part of his practice, he routinely treats professional athletes and is active in research for optimised return to play. He performs a large volume of rotator cuff repair and shoulder replacement operations. Is a regular lecturer in shoulder surgery both nationally and internationally and instructs on surgical training courses, as well as undergraduate training in the RCSI medical university.
